The Mission

Why you are here. This is not just another internship.

❯ Not Just a 'Gig'
You aren't here to fix bugs. You are here to build IdentityLink (IDL) and the RaisED Payment Rails from the ground up. Real infrastructure. Real impact.
❯ The Scale
Your code will handle the sensitive data and tuition payments for thousands of students across Nigeria. Every line matters.
❯ The Culture
We move fast, we ship weekly, and we prioritize "clean code" that solves real human problems. No bureaucracy. Just building.

The Tracks

Choose your weapon. We are looking for specialists in three core areas.

Frontend Fellow

Stack: Next.js, React, TailwindCSS

The Architect: Building responsive, accessible dashboards for Students and University Admins. You care about pixel perfection and UI/UX flow.

const Dashboard = () => {
  return (
    <Layout>
      {/* Your Impact */}
    </Layout>
  )
}

Backend Fellow

Stack: Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Supabase

The Engineer: Designing secure APIs, handling "Trust Score" logic, and integrating Fintech payment rails (Prospa/Bitnob).

app.post('/verify', async (req) => {
  const score = calculateTrust();
  return { verified: true };
});

Product Design Fellow

Tools: Figma, Adobe XD

The Visionary: Translating complex financial flows into simple, dignified user experiences. Every pixel tells a story.

Design System:
  - Color: #00ff00
  - Principle: Clarity
  - Goal: Dignity

What You Will Gain

The ROI. Why should a talented dev choose TIDE over a freelance gig?

Production Grade Experience

Stop building "To-Do List" apps. Build a Fintech product that goes live to 50,000 users. This is the ultimate CV builder.

Senior Mentorship

Weekly code reviews and architecture planning sessions with the CTO/Lead Engineer. Learn industry standards (Git flow, CI/CD, Agile).

Career Placement

Top performing Fellows get a direct referral to our partner tech companies or a paid Junior Role at RaisED Technologies post-fellowship.

Certificate of Fellowship

An official accreditation from The Incorporated Trustees of TIDE. Recognized by industry leaders.

Who Should Apply?

  • The Builder: You have a GitHub portfolio with at least 2 deployed projects (not just tutorials).
  • The Learner: You are humble enough to take feedback on your code but bold enough to suggest better solutions.
  • The Commit-er: You can dedicate 10–15 hours per week (Remote/Hybrid) for the 3-month sprint.

The Selection Process

We don't care about your CGPA. We care about your Code.

STEP_01

The Application

Show us what you've built

Submit your Bio + GitHub/Behance Link.

  • Live Project Link (Show us something that works)
  • Question: "Tell us about the hardest bug you've ever fixed."
  • Twitter/LinkedIn (Culture fit check)
STEP_02

The Challenge

Async task - 48 hours

Devs: A 48-hour "micro-task" (e.g., "Build a simple API endpoint that verifies a JAMB registration number").

Designers: A UI challenge (e.g., "Redesign the Scholarship Application success screen").

STEP_03

The Code Review

Live interview - 20 minutes

A 20-minute live session where you walk us through your code/design logic. We want to understand how you think and solve problems.
